Become an Everything DiSC^® Certified Practitioner

Everything DiSC® Certification prepares facilitators to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® learning experiences that help people work better together. Rather than focusing on a single application, this new course is a holistic DiSC experience that teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities.

In this two-week immersive experience that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, participants will:

• Deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, research, and key principles.
• Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ learning experience.
• Familiarize themselves with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
• Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
• Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center, where they can access all the course content and connect with their fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.

Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.

The cost of one seat in the Everything DiSC Certification is $2,550.00*. No shipping is required. Subject to tax based on state tax laws.

*Each participant must have access to the Everything DiSC Workplace or Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst Facilitation Kit. If you do not have access to these materials, certification participants are offered a discounted cost of $1,200.00 per kit.

This Everything DiSC® Certification is delivered 100% online, using a blended approach - both engaging, self-directed coursework online and through four interactive, live Zoom sessions.

In-person offerings are available to dedicated cohort groups (see #4 below).

Yes! We work with companies, organizations, or groups to create a dedicated cohort of Everything DiSC Certification cohorts. Groups of 5 or more participants will enjoy reduced per-seat costs. While the Certification content itself cannot be customized, this offering includes the ability to customize additional meetings to support the group's needs.

Like the previous Everything DiSC Workplace Certification, this new Everything DiSC Certification program is designed to prepare facilitators to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC experiences. Rather than focusing on a single application, however, this new course is a holistic DiSC experience that teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities. Other notable differences include:

• Integrates Everything DiSC on Catalyst to provide facilitators with the expertise they need to leverage the modular design of the kit and the on-demand access of the Catalyst platform.
• Includes facilitation and coaching practice within the live curriculum so that participants can try out new techniques in a psychologically safe environment.
• Adjusts the course structure to a two-week immersive experience made up of five self-guided learning modules and four live virtual facilitation sessions.

The Everything DiSC Certification is structured as a two-week, immersive learning experience that combines self-directed online learning modules with live, virtual facilitation sessions. Participants will need to commit to a total of 20 hours over two weeks (10 hours per week).

No, although the Everything DiSC Certification course does not provide general facilitator or coaching training. Instead, the course is designed to build on those skills as they pertain to Everything DiSC.

SHRM credential holders can earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete the Everything DiSC Certification.

Participants who belong to other professional organizations can request a letter from Wiley that indicates course information, confirmation of course completion, and the number of hours spent on the course. This letter may be used to apply for CEUs at other professional organizations, however we cannot guarantee the organization will accept your coursework for credit.

Yes. *Participants are required to own an Everything DiSC on Catalyst facilitation kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. In addition to the kit, learners also must:

• Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work, and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
• Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules, and the course project on time.
• Earn a passing score on the final exam.
• Have access to internet and a computer.

Socratyc has been selected as one of Wiley’s License to Deliver partners. The experience, the curriculum, and the credential will be identical to what you would receive through Wiley.

However, smaller class sizes, complimentary individual coaching sessions, personal attention, and discounted credit offerings are part of what makes being Socratyc Certified a unique experience. We stay connected in supporting those who have been certified through events, webinars, roll-out training, and support with EPIC (the Everything DiSC data platform).

The Everything DiSC Certification course uses Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:

• Laptop, desktop computer, or tablet are preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.
• Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and a microphone.
• A headset is highly encouraged.

Full payment is required to secure your seat in Socratyc’s next Everything DiSC Certification. Once this seat has been assigned to you, we cannot accept any cancellations. However, we can work with you to move you to another future cohort if we receive written notification within one week prior to the start of the course. Participants will receive more information via email about these terms and requirements.
